By accessing or using MrHOST services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Description of Services
MrHOST provides HaxBall room hosting services, including:
- Access to HaxBall rooms in multiple geographic locations
- Server infrastructure in Miami (USA), New York (USA), Bogotá (Colombia), Lima (Peru), Santiago (Chile), São Paulo (Brazil), and Buenos Aires (Argentina)
- Community support through Discord
- Administrative tools and management features for league operators
Pricing and Payment Terms
Our per-room pricing structure is as follows (all prices in USD):
- Miami (High Availability): $10 USD per room/month
- New York & Santiago (Standard): $12 USD per room/month
- Bogotá, Lima, São Paulo & Buenos Aires (Scarce): $15 USD per room/month
- Volume discounts: 10% off (2–3 rooms), 15% off (4–5 rooms), 20% off (6+ rooms)
- Official partners receive 25% off all room pricing
- We accept PayPal as our exclusive payment method
- PayPal processing fees are passed through to the customer at checkout
Payment and Billing
- Payment Method: We currently accept PayPal only
- Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month
- Payment Failure: Service may be suspended if payment fails
- Refunds: All sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for details
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Comply with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service
- Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason we deem necessary. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused service periods.
Limitation of Liability
MrHOST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord server. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
